When you notice the workforce is aging

I was in a seminar this morning and looking around, it struck me how aged many of the ppl I work with are. We're all in an ICT department, but instead of the younger geeky crowd we have a comfortably middle aged group. Funny how knowing about the aging workforce doesn't make sense until you see it in front of you during a seminar.
