Embarrassment :(
For the first time today I sent a reply email to a mailing list. Of
course it was a work-related one too. It wasn't serious … I was
talking work … but it was embarrassing to make such a silly mistake.
Grr.

It could have been a lot worse... everyone's done it! It just gets worse when you have 2500 customers in potential mailing lists
